2. Aggravated Manslaughter: Not Guilty
3. False Information To Law Enforcement: Guilty
4. False Information To Law Enforcement: Guilty

6. False Information To Law Enforcement: Guilty

Anthony was found guilty of the four lesser counts of providing false information to law enforcement. Legal experts said she will likely be sentenced to time already served.

Anthony was in tears and hugged her lead attorney, Jose Baez, after court recessed. She was fingerprinted in the courtroom and was returned to the Orange County Jail. At a news conference held by the defense team, Baez said there were no winners at the end of this trial. ”Caylee has passed on far, far too soon, and what my driving force has been for the past three years was to make sure there has been justice for Caylee and Casey,” Baez said.

Protesters who gathered outside the Anthony home in east Orange County were aghast at the verdict. Crowds gathered at the doors of the Orange County Courthouse after the verdict — and some of them carried signs. Deputies quickly put up yellow tape to keep the doors clear.State Attorney Lawson Lamar also made a statement to the media. He said the prosecutors, Linda Drane Burdick, Jeff Ashton and Frank George were world-class.

“We’re disappointed with the verdict today and surprised,” Lamar said. “We know the facts, and we put in absolutely every piece of evidence that existed. Our team did an exemplary job. I am proud of them and stand by their work.” At the same news conference, Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings appealed to the community to remain civil in the wake of the verdict.

“We would ask the community to respect the decision the jury and court have made today,” Demings said. “We ask for your continued peaceful acknowledgment of that verdict.”A statement was issued by Anthony’s family late Tuesday afternoon through their attorney, Mark Lippman.

While the family may never know what has happened to Caylee Marie Anthony, they now have closure for this chapter of their life. They will now begin the long process of rebuilding their lives. Despite the baseless defense chosen by Casey Anthony, the family believes that the Jury made a fair decision based on the evidence presented, the testimony presented, the scientific information presented and the rules that were given to them by the Honorable Judge Perry to guide them. The family hopes that they will be given the time by the media to reflect on this verdict and decide the best way to move forward privately,” the statement indicated.

The jury declined to appear before the media after the verdict. They are expected to return to Pinellas County later Tuesday night. **Source: Article by WESH New of Orlando Florida July 5, 2011.
